Maha govt delaying Assembly session: Fadnavis

Mumbai, June 23 (ANI): Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Devendra Fadnavis on June 23 said that they had requested Governor to held Assembly sessions. BJP leader Devendra Fadnavis said, “Today we met Maharashtra Governor and talked about State Assembly session. The state government is delaying the Maharashtra assembly session. We have requested Governor that Assembly session must be held and we also requested the Governor about the speaker election which is still pending. We also discussed about OBC reservation. We have also requested the Governor to postpone the local body election till the OBC reservation matter is not sorted out this elections must be postponed, And if this election happens than we will give OBC candidates for this election.”
