Madhya Pradesh: After his mask fell off his nose, a man was beaten mercilessly by police

An act of heinous cruelty occurred in Madhya Pradesh as a result of the Central and State governments' orders to implement safety measures for Covid. A man was severely beaten by two police officers in Indore for allegedly failing to properly wear a mask. Krishna Keyer, a 35-year-old auto rickshaw driver, had slipped his mask down his nose on his way to see his ailing father in the hospital. Two cops saw this and pulled him over to the side of the lane, ordering him to report to the station. They started bullying him after he refused. A bystander's cellphone video shows them kicking and punching the man mercilessly as he lay on the ground, unable to protect himself. His young son, who was present, kept yelling for help.
