Lt Gen Manoj Pande takes charge as Chief of Eastern Command

Fort William (Kolkata), June 01 (ANI): Lieutenant General Manoj Pande assumed charge as General Officer Commanding (GOC)-in-Chief of Eastern Command and replaced Lt Gen Anil Chauhan on June 01. He received guard of honour at Vijay Smarak of Fort William. He has been appointed as Eastern Command Chief today. Lieutenant General Manoj Pande also paid tribute to fallen soldiers. Lieutenant General Manoj Pande previously served as the 15th Commander-in-Chief Andaman & Nicobar Command (CINCAN) on 01 June 2020.
