Lisa Snowden has revealed she never plans to have children with her fiancé.
The presenter and model has been engaged to George Smart since 2016, but has explained their decision to not have children as they don’t want to "put pressure" on a relationship she is happy with.
When asked about having children, the 47-year-old told Fabulous Magazine: "I value our relationship so much that I don’t want anything to change and I don’t want to put that added pressure on him or me, because it would.
"I could do it a different way, but I don’t want to. I’m very much a believer in fate and I think that George and I are very lucky to have each other.
"We’re just really happy with our lot, which is so hard for people to understand."
She went on to reveal she did once considered using a sperm donor to have a baby when she was single. she added: "I could have had a kid on my own years ago, but I wanted the father to be in its life. I'm traditional in that kind of way.”
The star, who famously dated Hollywood actor George Clooney for several years, had previously said she had “wanted to be a mum” while chatting during her appearance on ITV’s I’m a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here in 2016.
When asked by a fellow campmate if she wanted kids, she said: "Not now. It’s a weird one because it’s so hard. I left it kind of late. I didn’t find anybody that I wanted to actually be with. I wanted that unit kind of thing. So maybe not in this lifetime."
Snowden later added: "Children enrich your life so much, so of course I wanted to be a mum, it just didn't work out for me that way. It's tricky. It's hard. It's been something that I've had to deal with. People think it's not too late, but it's not always that easy."
The former Britain’s Next Top Model judge become engaged to Smart on New Year's Eve in 2016. The pair had dated 18 years ago when they were both working at MTV, before being reunited by a mutual friend in 2015.
