‘The Lion King’ Fans Recreate Classic Simba Scene Using Their Pets

The 1994 animated film, The Lion King that still aims for our tear ducts has been adapted in live action by director Jon Favreu. From skepticism to excitement to those sheer ‘sacrilege’ feels - fans are in a tizzy.

The teaser trailer got 224.6 million views in its first 24 hours and broke Disney’s record for being their most-watched trailer in a day. There is a feverish excitement surrounding the film and fans paid the most adorable tribute to the iconic film.
