Truck Mows Down 2 Sisters in Jharkhand
Two sisters were killed and two others injured when a truck hit them in Jharkhand's Ramgarh district on Wednesday, a senior police officer said.
Four school students, including three sisters, were walking to their homes after attending private tuition classes when the truck ran over them on the Ramgarh-Giddi road near Binjhar village under Ramgarh town police station, Superintendent of Police, Prabhat Kumar said.
I-T Raids Two Business Groups in Ahmedabad; Recovers Rs 7 Cr Cash
The Income Tax department has recovered about Rs 7 crore cash and identified over a dozen bank lockers for seizure after it raided two business groups in Ahmedabad on Wednesday, officials said.

The woman in her police complaint said the accused, Haitik Bharat Shah (age not specified), a resident of Dahanu area who was studying at another institution, raped her first at a resort in Goa.
The woman approached the police on 15 October following which a case was registered against the accused under Indian Penal Code Sections 376 (rape), 417 (cheating) and 506 (criminal intimidation).

5-Year-Old Girl Feared Trapped in Slab Collapse in Virar
A slab of a building collapsed in Virar in Palghar district on 15 October and rescue officials believe a five-year-old girl may be trapped under the debris.
The fourth floor slab of the building in Kopri locality collapsed on the third floor, trapping the girl, an official said.
Local fire brigade personnel and police have rushed to the site for rescue operations, and further details were awaited from there, he added.
Eighty families residing in the building have been evacuated as a precautionary measure, the official said.
