On Thursday, two siblings were apprehended in Kupwara market in north Kashmir, carrying six grenades. Two terrorist associates were apprehended by Kupwara police in the city's main market. They had six live grenades in their possession when they were apprehended. Following a tip about the movement of anti-national elements, the two were apprehended at a checkpoint. They attempted to flee the scene when they noticed a search party. Jahangir Ahmad Hajam and Abdul Hameed Hajam, both from Khawarpara in Tangdhar, were apprehended.
