Kulbhushan Jadhav case: Sanity will prevail, asserts ex RAW chief

Research and Analysis Wing (RAW) ex-chief AS Dulat on Monday said that he hopes that sanity will prevail in connection to the death sentence issued by Pakistan to the Indian national Kulbhushan Jadhav. "Anything is possible in Pakistan, after all they've hanged one of their Prime Ministers in past," he added. Asserting that people are not hanged in such cases, the ex-RAW chief said that Pakistan will have to bear the repercussions of the decision if it is not revoked. Earlier today, Foreign Secretary S. Jaishankar had summoned the Pakistan High Commissioner Abdul Basit and issued him a demarche.
