The Kisan netas continue to be defiant as far as their protest against the three farm laws is concerned. Even in the wake of the second wave of the COVID-19, the farmers continue to stage protests and Dharnas. This comes at a time when 2 people have lost their lives due to COVID-19 amongst them and a sudden spike in the cases is being recorded from the site of the protest. The Haryana Government has released data in this regard, mapping the connection between the farmer's protest and the rise in the COVID cases. While one faction of the farmers has decided to postpone the protests, keeping in mind the pandemic, but by and large the protests are still continuing.
