Kisan leaders resort to extortion in Punjab to revive the protest | Ground Report

The farmers have been protesting in the National Capital for two months now and suddenly there has been an increase in the number of farmers reaching the borders of Delhi. Times Now's Pradeep Dutta brings out a special report from Punjab, where the farmers' leaders are resorting to extortion. The farmers are being forced to join the protest, and if the farmers fail to do so, they will either have to pay a Rs 1,500 fine or face a boycott. The Khap like diktat has sparked a controversy now. To revive the protest in Delhi, various panchayats in Punjab have passed a resolution, asking each family to send one of their members.
