India is now witnessing a decline in the number of COVID-19 cases which are being reported. Even though the active case count has come down to 3.1Mn, the second wave hasn't peaked out yet. Amidst all of this, the farmers continue to remain defiant and hundreds of farmers have now begun their march to Delhi from Karnal in Haryana. This comes after a letter was written to PM Modi threatening of intensifying the stir at the site of the protest in Delhi if the talks were not resumed. The farmers have been protesting against the three contentious farm laws for the last 6 months and are now ignoring the COVID spike which is being reported at protests site in Delhi and other states.
