Regarding seeking explanation from state government's Chief Secretary after Kerala Government announced decision to move to Supreme Court against Citizenship (Amendment) Act (CAA), Kerala Governor Arif Mohammed Khan said that his approval is needed before taking such decision. He said, "I won't like to discuss what transpired between him and me. Going to Supreme Court without informing me, my view is that approval is needed. But even if for the sake of argument I accept that only info is needed, they've gone to SC without informing me. That's an unlawful act. So no explanation can satisfy me.
