Kerala govt moves top court, Seeks permission to withdraw cases against CPM MLAs

Kerala's govt has moved to the top court, seeking permission to withdraw cases against some of the sitting and former MLAs of the Karnataka assembly. This is regarding the2015 rucks, vandalism, and violence we have seen inside the floor of the assembly when KM Mani was presenting the budget. Kerala govt moved to supreme court seeking permission to withdraw cases against eight protonate state CPM Leaders who are present, and former MLAs including education minister V Sivan Kutty in connection with the ruckus, violence, and vandalism.
