Kerala: Foreign currencies worth over ₹2 Crores seized by Customs Preventive Department in Thrissur

A piece of shocking news comes to light from Kerala where foreign currencies were seized in Thrissur district. The Cochin Customs Preventive Department has seized foreign currencies equivalent to about ₹ 1.28 Crores & Indian currency worth ₹ 44.56 lakh. The recovered foreign currencies were identified by different nations. A case has been registered and further investigation in the matter is currently underway. The news as coming in as a shock to many as the cash that was seized was worth crores of rupees.
