  • Delhi court summons Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in a defamation case filed by Rajya Sabha MP Subhash Chandra, on Monday.
  • Subhash Chandra had filed the suit in 2016 for allegedly levelling false allegations in the wake of demonetisation of Rs 500 and Rs 1,000 notes.
  • “On November 11, Kejriwal, while addressing a press conference in front of the national television, made false, fabricated and defamatory allegations against complainant,” his complaint said.
