Kolkata, Apr 7 (PTI) Filmmaker Kaushik Ganguly is happy that his directorial venture “Bisorjon” has one the best Bengali film National Award few days before its release.

The 48-year-old director says the award will encourage the audience to go to the theatres and watch the movie.

“It is an honour for a film like “Bisorjon” which has an original story line. This will make the job of the audience simpler to know about the film. I am happy a film has got the National Award for the best Bengali film with only few days left for the release,” Ganguly told PTI.

The movie stars Joya Ahsan, Abir Chatterjee and Ganguly.
