Katie Price didn’t appear to let money troubles lower her spirits as she performed a rendition of Whitney Houston’s I Have Nothing shortly after being declared bankrupt.

Footage shared on TOWIE star Bobby Norris’ Instagram account showed the former glamour model, 41, singing the classic track before heading out for a Christmas lunch with friends.

A second clip saw the reality star continuing to show off her vocals while riding in a taxi, before the duo arrived at London sushi restaurant Sexy Fish.

Norris later posted a video of Price “trying to blag” some tequila rose shots from the restaurant, with his next Instagram Story post revealing she had been successful.

Price was declared bankrupt at a court in London on Tuesday after narrowly avoiding the same verdict in December last year.

The star, who launched her glamour modelling career in the '90s using the alias Jordan and has since appeared on numerous reality shows, was once thought to be worth more than £40 million.

At a hearing in October last year, she was given the opportunity to negotiate a deal and her proposal for an Individual Voluntary Agreement or IVA, which allows those with debts to repay creditors at an affordable rate, was then accepted on November 30, 2018.

However, renewed bankruptcy proceedings were brought after she failed to meet the terms of the IVA.

At a hearing on Monday, a judge agreed that she would be served with another bankruptcy petition, which she then faced on Tuesday.

Price was not present at the London hearing.

Following the declaration, the Official Receiver will take control of Price’s assets and may use them to pay off debts.
