Katie Price has dismissed the claim that she faked breaking her feet in order to cover up bunion surgery.
The former glamour model, 42, broke both feet on a recent family holiday to Turkey after jumping over a wall.
In a live video shared on her daughter Princess’s Instagram account, Price said that one Instagram user had suggested that she had faked the injury in order to disguise the aftermath of bunion treatment.
“By the way, someone said on my Instagram, ‘Oh she has had bunions done on both feet!’” Price explained.
Price shut down the speculation on an Instagram Live video (Instagram: Princess Andre)
“Well, when I have the X-rays and show you, I haven't had bunions, I have never had bunions in my life,” she said.
Princess, 13, then added that her mum could be “in a wheelchair for three to six months” and might struggle to walk for as long as a year.
Price previously shared footage from the aftermath of her accident on her YouTube channel, showing her screaming in pain as doctors attempted to lift up her bandaged legs.
In the same video, which was initially intended to document happier times on her trip to Turkey, the reality star explained how she had come to hurt herself.
“Silly me, at my age I should calm things down,” she said. “Basically, [it was] a silly little accident.
“I was running, jumped over a wall, because it was a little short cut, and didn't really judge the height.
"I sort of fell funny on my ankles and literally I fractured the hairline in my heels.”
She said that the doctors at the Turkish hospital “wanted to operate” and “put pins in” but she chose to wait for further treatment until she returns to the UK because she’d “rather do it all when I get home.”
Price, who is currently using a wheelchair, admitted that her life will have to “change for the next few months.”
