'Kaabil' director talks about 'karma' over SRK-Akshay's upcoming box-office clash

We all are aware of the famous 2017 box-office clash, which took place between King Khan and Greek God of Bollywood. Yes, you heard that right, Shah Rukh Khan's 'Raees' and Hrithik Roshan's 'Kaabil' clashed at the box-office on Republic Day. But the story is yet not over. As the distribution of shows in multiplexes between these two films changed overnight from 50-50 to 60-40 where 'Raees' got more shows than 'Kaabil,' leaving everyone stunned and deeply hurt. And now the recent development in the story is, 'Kaabil' director Sanjay Gupta has still not forgotten the matter. The director took to his twitter handle and wrote a message indirectly taking a dig at SRK. Sanjay tweeted, "KARMA, you beauty! I love and believe in you so much. I love how you go after all that f... with you. KARTAM BHUKTAM on Independence Day." The whole incident happened as Akshay Kumar announced the release date of his next film-Toilet: Ek Prem Katha, which is clashing with Shah Rukh Khan's next film directed by Imtiaz Ali. The date is August 11 which means that the Independence Day weekend is going to witness another big box-office clash. However, the tweet was later deleted by the 'Kaabil' director.
