Jog waterfall in Karnataka on verge of drying up due to less rainfall

Shivamogga (Karnataka), July 09 (ANI): The mesmerizing Jog waterfall in Shivamogga is on the verge of drying up due to environmental challenges. The less amount of rainfall in the Western Ghats and Sharavathi valley due to climate change created relatively dull scenery around Jog falls. The waterfall got opened for the tourists last week. However, the footfall of the tourists is low due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
