New developments are now being reported in the JNU sedition case as a Delhi Court has taken cognizance of the charge sheet filed against Former JNU student President Kanhaiya Kumar and others. All of them have been summoned to appear before the court on March 15. The sedition case trial will begin in the Patiala House Court. This comes a year after the Delhi Police received the sanction for prosecution against Kanhaiya Kumar and nine others.
