Jitesh Singh Deo Is Winner of Peter England Mr India Contest: Check Out Pics

16 contestants from various parts of India participated to compete for the title.

Peter England Mr India World 2017 contest was held today and Jitesh Singh Deo from Lucknow bagged the title and he will represent India at Mr World 2020. Prathamesh Maulingkar won the title of Mr India Supranational 2017 and will compete at Mr Supranational 2018. The first and second runner-ups were Abhi Khajuria and Pavan Rao respectively. The winners of the contest were felicitated by none other than Kangana Ranaut. 16 contestants from various parts of India participated to compete for the title.

 Mr World 2016 Rohit Khandelwal was felicitated with ‘Icon Of The Year’ award on the show. Apart from models and actors, the contest had finalists from various fields like aviation and engineering among others. All contestants were groomed and mentored by Rohit Khandelwal for the competition. Read on to know more about the winner Jitesh:

Jitesh Singh Deo completed his graduation from Indraprastha Engineering college. His fav quote is “Be the change you want to see in the world” and his hobbies are traveling, swimming, acting and outdoor sports.

His chiseled body and edgy looks are his plus point and the same made him the toughest competitor. What do you think?


Jitesh Singh Deo once in an interview said that he wants to work for folks of Uttarakhand and wants to do handloom business.  He even engages in many social works.


When asked about one achievement that will make him feel your life was a huge success, he answered that winning an Oscar would make him feel the same.


In one of the interviews, he revealed that if given a chance he would like to go on a date with none other than Miss World 2017 Manushi Chhillar.


“I am extremely excited to be back with the new season of Peter England Mr India 2017, which has a whole new look this year with five city auditions. It’s exciting to be part of this journey in finding the perfect representative who is the face of India and a complete package of fitness, confidence and intelligence. This journey has always been close to my heart, and I hope this season, too, we get our Mr World,” Rohit told to a leading newspaper. Congratulations to Jitesh Deo, we hope he wins Mr World too.
