The Delhi High Court has refused to discharge Kashmiri businessman Zahoor Watali in connection with a terror funding case. The HC has noted that the charges against Watali are yet to be framed by the trial court and it has also stated that the Supreme Court found sufficient evidence to show acquisitions against Watali. Zahoor Watali is accused of transferring funds received from the Lashkar-e-Taiba Chief Hafiz Saeed, ISI, Pakistan High Commission, New Delhi, and also from a source in Dubai, to Hurriyat leaders/secessionists/terrorists; and had helped them in waging war against the Government of India by repeating attacks on security forces and Government establishments and by damaging public property including by burning schools, government properties, etc. Listen in!
