On the day the Patiala House court framed charges against Arvind Kejriwal and five other AAP leaders in the Jaitley defamation case, party spokesperson Raghav Chadha alleged death threats were made against Kejriwal, the other Aam Aadmi Party leaders accused in the case and Chadha, himself.
Chadha made the allegations on social media and later reiterated them while speaking to India Today.

Chadha told India Today that he has filed a complaint over the matter with a magistrate and that he along with the six AAP leaders accused in the Jaitley case were threatened.
The threats were made by one Vivek Sharma, practising lawyer of the Patiala House court, Chadha further alleged.
Today's hearing, in which Kejriwal and the other AAP leaders pleaded not guilty to criminally defaming Arun Jaitley, was marked by heated arguments and disruptions.
