J&K: Tricolour hoisting mandatory in all Govt buildings; Winds of change in Kashmir?

For the 1st time since 1947, the Jammu & Kashmir government makes hoisting of Tricolour mandatory overall government buildings. This is the biggest decision made after the abrogation of Article 370 and this comes months after PDP Chief Mehbooba Mufti insulted the tricolour.
