J&K: Infiltration bid foiled by Border Security Forces in Sambha; One intruder apprehended

An infiltration bid in the Sambha sector has been foiled, as claimed by the BSF after the troops observed suspicious movements along the International border. The BSF fired and one of the intruders from Pakistan is said to be injured and has now been apprehended by the Border Security Forces and is now being shifted to a hospital for treatment. This is not the first time that Pakistan has tried to push intruders into India via the Sambha sector, as instances have been reported in the past as well. The forces are yet to interrogate the intruder, who hails from Lahore.
