ITBP Recruitment 2018: Online Applications Begins From Today; Apply Before November 13 at

The Indo Tibetan Border Police Force (ITBP) has opened the online application's window for recruitment of eligible candidates in Constable (Animal Transport) post. All the candidates who wish to work in ITBP can visit the official website; to register online. It must be noted that the applications for the animal transport cadre will be open till November 13, provided that you satisfy all the eligibility norms as given by the recruiting body. ITBP is inviting applicants to fill up about 85 vacancies in Constable Animal Transport cadre. The notification regarding the job responsibilities reads, “They will handle transport and other animals of the Force. They may also be tasked with other duties, whenever required." General and OBC category candidates, shall pay the application fee of Rs. 100. For SC/ ST/ Ex-serviceman/ Women candidates, there are no charges to fill in the applications. The candidates must be class 10 pass from a recognised board and be in the age group of 18-25 years to apply for the available vacancies in ITBP Force.

Regarding the age relaxation norms, ITBP further clarified on its notification stating, “The upper age limit is relaxable for SC, ST, OBC, Ex-Servicemen and other categories of persons in accordance with the Governments orders on the subject.” The candidates for Constable in Animal Transport post will be selected on the basis of written test which will be comprised of objective and multiple-choice questions. Candidates will have to score 35 per cent marks to surpass the examination.
