New Delhi, Aug 22 (ANI): Delhi DGP Special Cell Pramod Kushwaha on August 22 informed that ISIS operative caught in Delhi's Dhaula Kuan area tried to attack in Delhi around August 15 but failed due to security arrangements. "The two pressure-cooker IEDs recovered from the ISIS operative neutralised by NSG bomb squad. He was also in communication with Islamic State in Khorasan Province operatives. He has said that he tested the explosive device at his village few months ago. Later due to COVID-19 pandemic, his movement was restricted. Around 15th Aug, he had an intention to make an attempt (of attack) in Delhi but due to security arrangements here his mission was not successful," said Kushwaha on the arrest of an ISIS operative.
