11 Mar 2021: IPL 2021: RCB sign Finn Allen as Josh Philippe's replacement
Royal Challengers Bangalore have signed New Zealand wicket-keeper-batsman Finn Allen as a replacement for Australia's Josh Philippe.
According to a franchise release, Philippe will be unavailable for the entire season.
The 21-year-old Allen has been acquired for a base price of Rs. 20 lakh, the same as that of Philippe.

Philippe had an underwhelming start to his IPL career, making his debut for RCB in 2020.
He played five games, scoring just 78 runs.
There is no clarity as to why Philippe will miss the IPL 2021 season.
