IndiGo Delhi-Bengaluru flight makes emergency landing at Indore post infant's medical issues

An IndiGo Delhi-Bengaluru flight made an emergency landing at Indore after an infant onboard developed a medical complication. The flight made an emergency landing at Indore airport on Wednesday evening at about 5:55PM. The IndiGo flight 6E-2248 from Delhi to Bengaluru was diverted to Indore after the baby, identified as Dev Jaiswal, son of Durgesh Jaiswal and Anu Jaiswal, developed medical emergency. Airports Authority of India (AAI) reported that the infant was rushed to Banthia hospital near the airport and was further referred to Sri Aurobindo Institute of Medical Science (SAIMS)’s hospital, but he could not be saved and was declared 'brought dead'.
