Indigo Airlines Female Executive Drags Drunk Harassers to Police Stations, Make Accused to Touch Her Feet in Apology
Hyderabad, Nov 20: A female Indigo Airlines executive, who was misbehaved by two drunk men at the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport in Hyderabad, dragged the accused to the police station and made one of them to touch her feet in return of forgiveness. The video of the incident that took place on Saturday has gone viral. “Bend completely and touch my feet. Then only I will let you go,” the IndiGo Airlines executive is heard telling to one of the harassers.
A group, consisting of five men, had come to see off some friends at the airport. While on their way back, one of the accused got down from the car and touched the IndoGo Airlines executive who was walking on the road. The woman dragged two of the harassers to the police station with the help of a traffic cop and forgave them after one of the accused touched her feet and apologised.
“It was a mistake on our part. We misbehaved as we were under the influence of alcohol. Forgive us,” the man is heard in the video. The accused were allowed to leave later as the woman refused to file a formal complaint. Sub-inspector at Rajiv Gandhi International Airport (RGIA) police station Ramesh Naik told PTI that the woman did not lodge any complaint against the duo, who later told the police that they were students. He said the two were found to be in an inebriated condition and were booked for creating nuisance.
