New York, July 22 (ANI): An Indiana couple was charged with public indecency after they indulged in a 30-minute sexual encounter in a pool in front of two-dozen disgusted witnesses, including some kids.

According to the SmokingGun.com, police officer Myron Helms, 33, and Victoria Cross, 40, were charged after their erotic activity at the Roberts Park Family Aquatic Center.

The pool manager rang in the Connersville cops after confirming the complaints of the underwater activity with her own eyes.

"She walked right up behind them and when she realized what they were doing she advised them to stop," the New York Daily News quoted a police report as saying.

"She advised that when the female moved away from the male, she could see the male's penis," the report added.

Helms, a reserve officer with the Laurel Police Department in Franklin County, has been suspended without pay. (ANI)
