On discussing the topic of selection and the ratio that a coach and a team player have, he states that ‘we’ should have a discussion in order to understand what should be the balance of the side and what should be the mixture concerning how can one be flexible in order to understand who fits in what number. He then states that then the same figure is cited to the selectors and then it is their call. He adds that team players have a say and their word is respected but the voting power lies in the hands of the selectors.
