In a much-awaited World Cup match, arch rivals India and Pakistan are all set to play against each other on Sunday, 16 June, at Manchester’s Old Trafford Cricket ground, but a sense of uncertainty looms over the fans this time.

Indian fans also lost on the India vs New Zealand on on Thursday, 13 June, and will be keeping a close eye on the weather in Manchester.
According to AccuWeather, it will be overcast throughout Sunday in Manchester with rainfall predicted every few hours. According to the weather forecast platform, rainfall is expected at 10 am, 11 am, 3 pm, 4 pm and 8 pm.
BCCI also tweeted a cloudy picture of the field saying “Hello Manchester”.

Angry cricket fans have been showcasing their disappointment on social media over the weather, timing and venue of the World Cup 2019 series. Many have also questioned ICC’s stand on reserve days for such conditions.
