India replaced injured Shreyas Iyer with wicketkeeper-batsman Rishabh Pant while KL Rahul will purely play as a batsman. Liam Livingstone replaced Sam Billings in England playing XI while Dawid Malan came in place of Eoin Morgan. Reece Topley replaced Mark Wood.
