Amritsar (Punjab), June 29 (ANI): As a humanitarian gesture, India released three Pakistani fishermen on June 28. They were caught in Indian waters off Gujarat coast in 2016. One Lahore resident was also released via Attari-Wagah border on the same day. He was arrested in Punjab’s Tarn Taran in 2017. While speaking to ANI, Lahore resident, Mohammed Ramzan said that he crossed the border inadvertently when I had come to witness the August 15 parade in 2017. “I was a tailor in Lahore and crossed the border inadvertently when I had come to witness the August 15 parade in 2017. I am going home after 4 years. I thank Indian government for releasing me today,” said Ramzan.
