India overtakes US in administering vaccine doses

New Delhi, June 29 (ANI): Surpassing the United States of America (USA), India reached benchmark of administering 32 crore COVID vaccine doses in 163 days. While addressing a press conference in Delhi, Joint Secretary of Health Ministry, Lav Agarwal on June 29 informed, “India taking a distinct lead in total vaccine doses administered in the world. Surpassing the US, India took 163 days to reach the 32 crore benchmark. The US took 193 days.”
