India beat England in the second T20I of the five-match series in Ahmedabad on Sunday.

By winning this match, the series is tied 1-1 at the moment.

Debutant Ishan Kishan smashed a fluent half-century and Virat Kohli (73*) did well with the bat to help India chase down the target (166/3).

Earlier, England managed 164/6 in 20 overs.

He went past 950 runs in T20Is (985).

Roy went past Graeme Smith (982) and Cameron White (984) in terms of T20I runs.

Roy has also raced to 96 T20I fifties.

Meanwhile, Eoin Morgan (28) went past the 2,300-run mark (2,306).

He became the seventh batsman to achieve this mark.

T20Is: Ishan becomes fourth Indian to score fifty on debut

Ishan scored a 32-ball 56, hitting five fours and four sixes at a rate of 175.00.

The southpaw became the fourth Indian batsman to smash a fifty on debut in T20Is.

As per Cricbuzz. he joined the likes of Ajinkya Rahane (61 vs England, 2011), Robin Uthappa (50 vs Pakistan, 2007), and Rohit Sharma (50* vs South Africa, 2007).

Kohli: Kohli gets past 3,000 career T20I runs

Kohli was superb and once again played a key role in helping India chase down a target.

Kohli became the first batsman in T20Is to surpass the 3,000-run mark (3,001).

He smashed his 26th career T20I fifty and a second versus England.

He became the first batsman to surpass 400 runs in India-England T20Is.

Kohli went past Shane Watson in terms of sixes (84).

KL Rahul and Jos Buttler registered their third and fourth career T20I ducks respectively.

Dawid Malan (24) went past 900 runs in T20Is (903). He became the seventh Englishman to achieve this mark.

Yuzvendra Chahal (1/34) raced to 61 career T20I wickets.

Adil Rashid steered clear of R Ashwin (52) in terms of T20I scalps (53).

Chris Jordan now has 68 T20I scalps.
