India is reeling under the second wave of COVID-19 and a sigh of relief comes in for people across the country after the country reported a decline in the number of fresh cases which are being recorded daily. After witnessing a 3L mark for almost a week, there is a sudden dip in the cases for the third consecutive day. The positivity rate too has gone down, and as per the data presented by the government, 10 of the worst-affected states are now also witnessing a steady decline in the active cases. However, the rural India continues to remain vulnerable, along with West Bengal & Tamil Nadu, where the case count is going up.
