Hunter McGrady was the “curviest” model ever to be featured on Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue. After supermodel Ashley Graham became the first plus-sized model to be featured on the covers, it paved the way for other thicker beauties. After the rise to fame as the “curviest model ever”, McGrady was featured on the cover of The Knot fall wedding issue for her ceremony, that took place in July. Hunter McGrady, like many other women, has been a victim to body-shaming. To the extent where people advised her how to dress for her wedding day. Her OWN wedding day. She spoke up about how all her life she was asked to wear loose clothes and shy away from skimpy outfits to hide her body. She explains how she still can’t walk to SOHO and get something for herself, feeling like she fits in. She says, “I still can’t just go down to Soho or Fifth Avenue and shop.
