HM Amit Shah attacks CM Mamata Banerjee on West Bengal mission; BJP eyes Dalit and Matua voters

Home Minister Amit Shah’s two-day visit to West Bengal has been massively debated. He addresses the media over various issues. Home Minister went there to take stock of the preparedness for West Bengal elections 2021. He talks about the timeline and how politics has always been a part of West Bengal. He also visited various temples in the state, he met a lot of people and had a massive support from the Matua community. The matua community has a significant vote and they are the Hindu refugees who were marginalised in Bangladesh.

They are spread in no less than eight districts in the state. BJP has set a target of 200 seats in West Bengal. Home Minister Amit Shah had come down to North 24 Parganas. There was a massive crowd witnessed.
