The Deepotsav this year is special as it comes after the Supreme Court verdict in the Ram Temple case which paved way for the creation of Ram Temple in Ayodhya. The celebrations come at a time when the world has been battling COVID-19. Thus, the event, which normally takes place over five-seven days, has been curtailed to three days this year. While only invitees are allowed to enter the venue where the event is taking place, the celebrations will be telecast live for the virtual audience. Several security measures have also been put in place to ensure the safety of people visiting the venue.
