Calcutta High Court delays Narada Case hearing; CBI aims for a watertight case

Calcutta: The four TMC Netas remain in Judicial custody as the High court delays the hearing due to some unavoidable circumstances. The Calcutta High court refused 'interim bail' to the legislators and the ministers. TMC Madan Mitra and former Kolkata mayor Sovan Chatterjee switched to BJP before the elections remained in custody. The high court on Monday night waited for the lower court's decision to grant bail to the four leaders, arrested and charge-sheeted with the CBI in the Narada sting case. The court was adjourned on Wednesday after hearing reasoning by the CBI, Centre, and the Bengal government.
