Hardik, Krunal Pandya Surprise Their Father by Gifting Him a Brand New Car, Watch Video

Krunal took his father to a car showroom, while Hardik was on a video call with them from Sri Lanka

India all-rounder Hardik Pandya and his brother Krunal Pandya surprised their father Himanshu Pandya by gifting him a brand new car in order to pay tribute to the hard-work that he has put in over the years to help both Hardik and Krunal become outstanding cricketers.

Krunal took his father to a car showroom, while Hardik was on a video call with them from Sri Lanka, in an attempt to help his father and brother in car selection. Then the manager of the showroom came up to Hardik’s father and told him that he is the owner of the car which left Pandya Sr. speechless and visibly emotional. Later, Hardik took to Twitter to post a series of tweets in which he credited his father for whatever he has achieved in his life and expressing joy on seeing his father’s face being lit up.

“So glad to see his face lit up like that. Yes this is the guy who should get all the happiness in life & deserves the credit, my dad! He was the one who left everything what he had for me & @krunalpandya_official and which takes a lot of courage to do.

Only for our careers and I can’t thank him enough for all he has done. So that’s a small surprise for him which made me cry. Family is life and special mention to my brother @vibsnasir for getting this done when I was not around. Love to all!”, Hardik tweeted.

Pandya has caught the imagination of the entire country with his brilliant performance against Sri Lanka in the recently-concluded Test series. He was even compared to the iconic cricketer Kapil Dev for his all round performance. His brutal century in the third Test in Pallekele guided Team India to a series whitewash and earned him his first Man of the Match trophy.
