Hardeep Singh Puri defends COVID Policy and Central Vista Avenue necessity | Frankly Speaking

On Frankly Speaking with Navika Kumar, Mr Hardeep Puri dismisses the Modi Mahal criticism on the Central Vista project. Despite quintessential so-called bhakts’ questions against the necessity and that the timing of the project amid the second wave seems insensitive, Mr Puri calls it vital. He also aimed a jibe at Rahul Gandhi for dialling the wrong number with a sharp political rebuttal against Central Vista. Also, the Delhi HC government termed this vital vista PIL as a facade asking the category or description under which it’ll be called an essential service. However, he refuses all arguments and responds by stating that the new parliament is needed for the 75th-anniversary celebration of Independence. He states that it was long due as it had been approved in 2012.
