Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh Insan Can’t Pay Rs 30 Lakh to Rape Survivors, Tells Court he Renounced World
New Delhi, Sep 22: A former Dera Sacha Sauda follower revealed that self-styled godman Gurmeet Ram Rahim, who is currently lodged in a Rohtak jail, was a ‘jealous sex addict’ and compelled most of his aides to become homosexuals. Former Dera follower Gurdas Singh Toor, who has spent six years in the Dera headquartered at Sirsa, said that the ones who were lucky and were not castrated became homosexuals as Ram Rahim had put many restrictions on them inside the sect.
Gurdas Singh Toor told India Today that Gurmeet Ram Rahim was jealous of other men and never allowed them to speak or mingle with the women followers in the controversial Dera. He revealed that Ram Rahim compelled his male aides to call their wives ‘sisters’ which made them become homosexuals. Men were not allowed to ‘stare’ at women followers and if caught, they were punished, he said. Some were publicly humiliated by blackening their faces, some were publically slapped and some were asked to ride on donkeys with their faces blackened, he revealed. Since public humiliation was the biggest fear among the aides of Gurmeet Ram Rahim, they refrained from getting close with the women followers. Gurdas Singh Toor said he himself had spotted many men in a compromised position and had brought it to the notice of Gurmeet Ram Rahim. “Homosexuality was a reality in Dera. I complained to Gurmeet Ram Rahim personally when I witnessed that an unnatural sex act was being performed in a room which I had entered suddenly,” he told India Today. Some men became homosexuals to satisfy their desires, some exploited the juniors compelling them to leave the Dera.
A report by Jagran said that after the murder of journalist Chhatrapati, who dared to expose Ram Rahim in his local newspaper, the convicted godman wanted to make missiles and bombs. The report said that the Dera chief wanted to prepare such an Army which would be able to tackle any situation with the help of missiles and bombs.
