Gas cylinder’s cost was Rs 400 during UPA, now it’s Rs 900: Rahul Gandhi

Jorhat (Assam), Mar 03 (ANI): Ahead of Assam Assembly elections, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on March 20 slammed Central government over the rising price of gas cylinder in the country by highlighting that during UPA government, a gas cylinder used to cost Rs 400, now under NDA, it is Rs 900. “During UPA government, gas cylinders' cost was Rs 400, now under NDA, it is Rs 900. Who benefits from this? Not the poor, only India's 2-3 industrialists. Their taxes, loans are waived off while nothing is being done for you,” said Rahul while addressing a public rally in Assam’s Jorhat.
