Former J&K CM Omar Abdullah responds to HM Amit Shah's Gupkar gang tweet, says ‘we are not a gang’

Omar Abdullah, the former Chief Minister, tweeted saying that he understands the frustration behind the attack by the Honourable Home Minister Amit Shah. He further adds that he had been briefed that the People’s Alliance was preparing to boycott elections, this would allow the BJP and the newly formed Kings party a free run in Jammu and Kashmir. In the end, he wrote that ‘we did not oblige them’.

Home Minister Amit Shah had put out a tweet while hitting out at the Gupkar alliance, in his tweet, he stated that the Gupkar gang is going global, they want foreign forces to intervene in Jammu and Kashmir, he further added that the Gupkar gang also insulted India’s tricolour flag. He then questioned if Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi support such moves of the Gupkar gang, he also asked the Indian National Congress to make their stand crystal clear to the people of India.
