Former Coronation Street favourite Kym Marsh has been forced to declare she is not The Masked Singer contestant Queen Bee.
Fans of the show appear to have, ahem, a bee in their bonnet about who is behind the costumer with many thinking it is the actress.
The star’s Twitter feed has been flooded with people guessing she is in fact the voice behind the mask, forcing Marsh to speak out.

“It’s defs not me,’ she tweeted. “I don’t even watch it I’m afraid.”
Maybe but it’s defs not me. I don’t even watch it I’m afraid— Kym Marsh (@msm4rsh) January 11, 2020
But, is this definitely the case?
The show’s official Twitter page added further fuel to the fire by tweeting: ‘Or is she?’ to Marsh’s tweet.
She replied: “You know I’m not.”

The 43-year-old is no stranger to singing on stage, having initially found fame on ITV talent show Popstars which saw her win a place in Hear’Say, scoring a huge number one single with Pure and Simple back in 2001.
She has also partaken in another reality singing series when she finished fourth on Pop Star to Opera Star back in 2010.
Marsh isn’t the only star to have been linked to the Queen Bee.
Charlotte Church was also forced to deny her involvement with the series, tweeting: “I’m not on that bloody show!”
Some are convinced Queen Bee is Nicola Roberts, another alumni of a band put together via an ITV talent show after she won a place in Girls Aloud on Popstars: The Rivals back in 2002.
Unlike Hear’Say, who disbanded after a couple of unsuccessful follow-up singles, Girls Aloud went on to be one of the UK’s most successful girl band’s of all time.
Elsewhere, the tree costume also has people, urm, stumped, with some guessing Premier League legend Peter Crouch is the man behind the branches.
He too has come out to deny his involvement.
In last night’s (11 January) episode the Chameleon was unmasked, revealing it was The Darkness frontman Justin Hawkins all along.
The show, which has proven a surprise hit, returns next Saturday at 7pm on ITV.
