Foreign Secretary addresses a press briefing; explains India's approach to other countries for aid

A press briefing was held by the Foreign Secretary of India Harsh V Shringla earlier today on India's current COVID crisis and how several countries are now providing assistance to India in its fight against COVID-19. With an unprecedented shortage in medical facilities and oxygen, India has now reached to other countries, seeking aid from them in regards to the medical oxygen and Remdesivir drug. Commenting on the shortage of Remdesivir, and how India is approaching the other countries, the Foreign Sec of India states that they are reaching out to the manufacturers of the drug makers along with the authorised officials.
